Danielle Delzer is the Owner and Responsible Broker of Expedition Realty, serving Cody and the greater Northwest Wyoming area. Known for her integrity, strategic mindset, and relationship driven approach, Danielle works closely with relocation buyers, established professionals, and families who value clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and confident decision making throughout the real estate process.
Her connection to Wyoming began long before she made it home. After years of visiting the region with her family, Danielle was drawn to the lifestyle, community values, and natural beauty that make Northwest Wyoming so distinctive. In 2022, she relocated to Cody and quickly immersed herself in the local market and community, turning her passion for the area into a purpose driven real estate business.
Danielle began her real estate career in 2019 in North Dakota, where she built a reputation for strong negotiation skills, market expertise, and creating smooth, well managed transactions for both buyers and sellers. In 2024, she founded Expedition Realty with a clear vision to create a brokerage rooted in integrity, personalized service, and long term client success. Her approach emphasizes strategic pricing, thoughtful preparation, and professional marketing designed to protect her clients time, equity, and goals.
In addition to leading Expedition Realty, Danielle is actively involved in real estate leadership at both the local and state level. She currently serves as a Director and Committee Chair for the Northwest Wyoming Board of REALTORS and was recently appointed Professional Development Director for the Wyoming REALTORS Board of Directors. In these roles, she helps shape education, standards, and professionalism across the industry.
Outside of real estate, Danielle is a proud mom and active member of the Cody community. With children involved in local sports and activities, she stays closely connected to the families, neighborhoods, and lifestyle that make this area such a special place to live.
